| Mr. Kihm is a 3rd generation resident of Southwest Michigan. He received his Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco. Mr. Kihm has over 17 years of experience representing the injured and disabled in Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability and Personal Injury. He is certified before all Michigan courts, the United States Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kihm is married and a father of 2. He is an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. |

Mr. Kirk is a 1975 graduate of the University of Michigan and a 1981 graduate of Marquette University Law School. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk for a firm that specialized in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability.
He has been associated with this law firm since being admitted to the practice of law in 1981, and became a partner in 1987. Mr. Kirk has focused his practice on Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability law ever since, representing thousands of injured workers and disabled individuals over the past twenty-five years. |

| Mr. Webster is a Kalamazoo area native. After graduating from Albion College, cum laude, he received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School also cum laude. Licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the state of Michigan, Mr. Webster focuses his practice on Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability and Serious Personal Injury matters. Mr. Webster has a long history of service among area labor organizations and clerked for the UAW legal staff while in law school. |
